  • 1 Poor Aftersales

    After purchasing an expensive fire, Galleon refused to provide any aftersales, no matter how simple. Apparently, unlike other companies, their engineers are not able to do this. This means that if your fire breaks down, you will have to pay for engineers for the company that make the fire to travel to your location and incur significant cost. They also never return calls if they are not getting paid.
