Brief business description
Three schools, one world-class education -
ACS International Schools is one of the UK's leading IB schools, enrolling students between the ages of 2 .1/2 and 18 at three historic sites in Cobham, Egham, and Hillingdon.
All ACS campuses are International Baccalaureate World Schools, offering the full IB Diploma and individual subject Certificates. In addition, ACS Egham is one of only three schools in the UK to also offer the IB Primary Years Programme (3-11), and IB Middle Years Programme (11-16).
Our outstanding IB exam results place ACS among the top independent schools in the UK according to the UCAS ranking system. In 2004 our combined IB Diploma pass rate of 95% was well above the international average of 82%, and our average IB Diploma score of 33 points clearly surpassed the international average of 30.
As a result ACS students have established a tradition of attending leading universities around the world including Oxford, Cambridge, the London School of Economics, Harvard, Yale, Princeton, McGill, Delft University of Technology, and the University of Tokyo.
To complement our academic rigour ACS also offers an extensive and varied selection of extracurricular clubs, activities, and community service projects, both locally and internationally, to encourage students to experience the richness of school life. Students are also encouraged to participate in international theatre art programmes, competitive sport tournaments, maths, literature, and music competitions.
All ACS campuses are co-educational, and boarding is available at ACS Cobham for students 12 and over.
