• Helpful and good value for money

  I went to this shop as I have some family diamond rings that I would like to be made into a necklace and wanted to discuss the coating of a yellow gold diamond ring that had recently purchased. I was sat down and the salesman spoke to me at length about the resetting and coating of gold. He was very helpful in coming up with ideas for creating a necklace with the other diamond rings that I own but do not wear anymore. I was so impressed that I recently purchased another ring to add to my collection from him and would def go again.

  I visited Swag looking for my engagement ring with about 1500 to spend. The staff were unable to tell me which rings were platinum in the sale window. I finally managed to pick some out, but not before another lady had half emptied the window. I said i would wait and come back later as about 8 of the diamond rings were no longer on display. The assistant had been huffing and puffing at me throughout as though I was choosing a bar of choc, not an engagement ring. She finally snapped " You really ARE after a bargain!" she muttered audibly to my retreating back. Crikey! "Not at all. I am looking for a once in a lifetime ring and I have travelled a long way to your shop." She smirked and shrugged. I was very upset and left never to return. I complained by email to the manager but he ignored this and so I think now this is a horrible shop with nasty salespeople!
