Tries hard but misses

The cycle I wanted was out of stock at this branch. They did offer to order it in and have it ready with all accessories fitted for 5 dyas time. When I returned on the appointed day to collect it no accesories had been fitted and none not available to be fitted and despite being gathered off the shelf and paid for at the first visit there were none available to fit. When I complained I was told I needed to speak to the original sales person as they must have put them somewhere special. That sales person was not available for 2 days. When I did speak to them it was agreed Ithe completed bike would be ready when I came in later that day. When I arrived I was told that the work had not been done and could not be done for 48 hrs as a trained fitter was not available.
