Ring Re-size

I used the Leslie Gilbert in Dorking and instead of taking a week it took three weeks to have my engagement ring re-sized. My beautiful ring was returned to me with a narrower and uneven shaped band and I was told two of the diamonds had popped out and from what I could see had not be very well re-set - really messy compared to how it was. To make matters worse the shop owner denied anything was different. I was heartbroken that my ring was ruined and at the cold and uncaring service we received from Leslie the owner of the shop.

Ruined my engagement ring

Made changes to the setting without permission which dramatically altered the look of the ring. Re-size left the band a far from perfect circle and a different width. We are having to send our engagement ring back to New York to have it restored. DO NOT USE this MAN (Leslie Gilbert) or his BUSINESSES.
