Cloud 9 Brilliant
Having been let down by another salon, me and my mum rang cloud 9 in desperation, just days before our holiday, requiring several treatments. They were polite, understanding and managed to accommodate us both together at such short notice. On the day, the staff were lovely, the treatments great, and we were made to feel valued and pampered- which is what you want when you're having treatments, especially considering we were preparing for a special holiday and has already been let down elsewhere. Hats off to Coud Nine; professional, accommodating and lovely.
