    Having to put up with very demanding customers who put them on some sort of trial! Yes, it is pricey but what does one expect! The shop has some beautiful things.

    Very expensive, top quality merchandise but badly let down by poor sales staff who were ignorant about the products they were selling and had a 'can't be bothered' attitude. So we couln't be bothered to buy from them and went elsewhere!
