I'm a student who wanted to use abracadabra to help rent a costume to help out the charity group I help out with, I did not expect to for the price to be as high as it was, or the manager to be as flippant or unreasonable. I wanted to see if there was any possibility of a minor discount as it was for a charity event taking place on the street directly in front of the shop. I was extremely disappointed with the attitude, prices, and the unwillingness to negotiate a more suitable price (a key principle which most businesses thrive on). If you need a costume, buy one off the internet permanently for less than half the price, don't waste your time on old costumes here.

Well worth a visit !

An amazing shop housing all your crazy fancy dress requirements no matter what the theme. Extremely warm and helpful staff who enjoy a challange on costume and a giggle as a result ! Very reasonable prices to boot ! Well worth a visit.
