• You get what you pay for

  I use this salon on a regular basis and have had my hair styled by all the staff, i find all to be of a proffessional standard and THE MOST friendliest salon i have EVER encountered, They give a free japanesse massage with conditioning treatment at the shampoo stage with many promotions of colour sales and early morning discounts, i find their advise and consultations are not about just making money but what is really beneficial for my hair, i would unreservadly recommend this salon to all...you dont know what your missing!!!!!

• Very expensive

  Went to this salon as it was recommended by a friend and I had some discount vouchers. They have rather a large range of stylists for what is a very small hairdressers, I think it was 5 categories, from junior stylist, through to salon director. For some reason I ended up with the technical director, and although I was quite happy with the cut I thought it was very expensive, more than Toni & Guy and over the top I thought for a small independent salon. Went 3 times to use up the vouchers but can't afford to pay the full price, so now go elsewhere.

• Inexperienced young girls

  When I visited this salon to go lighter than my brown hair, I was told it would take several goes and had a few light coloured strands placed on y head. Paid a fortune and not professional at all.
