Yoga with heart

Turiya does not only teach Yoga, he IS Yoga. I find it inspiring to practice and learn alongside someone who is living and teaching Yoga with the heart, rather than to make money.

Real Yoga

I discovered Turiya’s yoga classes in Kingston 5 years ago...they are a balanced combination of deep breathing, asanas and relaxation. Everyone feels comfortable regardless of age, sex or physical ability
