• They are stealing money!

  Urban Point Property Management will steal your money as they have ours. We have paid several thousand pounds to this company as terms of our contract and all they do is have the common hall cleaned once every 6-8 weeks. If you do have them as property management, take a look at Right To Manage as we have..you may be able to recoup some of your money.

• The worst company in Britain?

  I could not agree more with all the comments here. short of going round to their offices and seeing them face to face you are more likley to be struck by lightening than this excuse for a 'company' ever lifting a finger to help you out. They take your money and your patience without giving anything back. An undercover investigative jourmailst would have a field day with this bunch of useless cretins.

• money for nothing

  This management company has caused me many sleepless nights, in fact I do not know why they call themselves a management company as they certainly have not managed our flat. We are are the leaseholders of a maisonette in a building of 2. We pay 100 pounds a month which is supposed to go towards the manintenence and upkeep of our building. We have been here 3 years and not a thing has been done to our home despite when buying this place recieving a 5 year works plan. I have been on the phone constantly. Then when they do get a quote for work to be done they pay it without checking to see if its been done, and passing the cost on to us- a little suspicious that it is their own sourced builder who did this. We have been charged many times for things we shouldn't have, and it is only with a keen eye that I pick this up. Whe I try to call no one can ever help me then and there, they also claim they will call me back but not once have I recieved a call back. We have paid them over 2000 pounds and haven't seen anything for it. We are about to sell and fear we won't see this money again, and will also have to drop our price for work that should have been done whilst we were living here. If I ever saw a property under this company's management, i would run a mile!!!!!!!!!

• Managing Agents (useless)

  These people are are so-called management agents for housing and flats across the country. Our homes. To them, though, it's just a licence to print money.

• Urban Trouble

  Urban Point manage the property I live in. Over the past 6 years they have made my life a living hell. I have had to employ a solicitor to deal with issues I have with Urban Point as they refuse to talk to me directly. Stay Well away.
