Urban Point Property Management will steal your money as they have ours. We have paid several thousand pounds to this company as terms of our contract and all they do is have the common hall cleaned once every 6-8 weeks. If you do have them as property management, take a look at Right To Manage as we have..you may be able to recoup some of your money.

bought a property on leasehold, and managed by Urbanpoint. Never seen any work done to the property which state is getting worse by the day. they never answer queries and are very unhelpful.don't know what to do next...getting worried and stressed over it as a first time buyer

I could not agree more with all the comments here. short of going round to their offices and seeing them face to face you are more likley to be struck by lightening than this excuse for a 'company' ever lifting a finger to help you out. They take your money and your patience without giving anything back. An undercover investigative jourmailst would have a field day with this bunch of useless cretins.

Do not under any circumstances take on this property firm. They are the most incapable, unfriendly company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Garden is supposed to be trimmed every month, this didn't happen for 6 months last year. They go through contractors like hot dinners, leaving us residents to pick up the pieces of the sub standard work they leave behind and they still have the gall to charge us well over the odds for it. This company is an absolute nightmare, leave well alone!

I own a property that is lease held. The management company are Urban Point and they are useless. I've been in the property for a year now and they have done nothing but made my life difficult. I've had a numerous amount of difficulties and problems over this time and a year later nothing is sorted. beware when buying a lease hold if it's managed by this company!!!!!!!!!!!!
