  "I never been someone that has really loved exercising but I really felt I needed to do something. I find personal training with Joe really enjoyable and motivating, this was because each workout is varied and although he made me work hard, every workout is fun. I like the fact that Joe sat down with me and worked out my individual needs, likes dislikes. This enabled him to design a personal programme that works towards my own goals. He also advised me about a variety of exercises and stretches that I can do on my own, this means I can continue doing my training at home in my own time along side the one to one sessions with Joe. I began to see and feel the benefits from exercising almost immediately, thanks Joe"
