IGNORANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I have never reviewed a company before but feel that the absolute pathetic service that I have received from this company is atrocious enough to do so. We have been living at my address for 3 years, and have received 3 letters for the previous owner, I have rung this company three times and emialed twice, to which I have received no reply, but more letters advising that the previous owner has not contacted them or replied to their letters, so they have put the details in our local papers and also threatening court action,with them coming to reposess some of the goods at the house. If they cannot reply to messages, how do they expect people to be listened to?
