  I took my vacuum cleaner there in October last year because the on/off switch had failed. They took £15 off me to look at it and said that would probably cover the cost of the repair. As no one ever called me with an update it was left to me to keep phoning to find out progress. Every time they promised to phone me back nothing happened. I phoned yesterday to be told that they have the part but find they can't fit it because the bit it fits to is broken too. My £15 has been used up and so they are just going to dispose of it for me. So with the taxi journey to take it there that's £30 for nothing. There was no attempt to offer me a discount on buying a new or second vacuum cleaner from them so I won't ever be going there again nor will I recommend this business.

  I have used this shop on several occasions to buy 2fridge freezers and 2 washing machines for home and a flat I rent out, a dishwasher and a chest freezer. They sell new and what I think they call factory graded products which are exceptional value. Basically these are units with slight cosmetic scratches etc which in the ones I have bought are virtually unnoticeable and come with a six month guarantee and a great discount. I would highly recommend them .

• worst ever service

  We have bought a 'brand new' washing machine from them but it turned out to be out of order. The machine has also caused flooding in our floor. Also, at installation, the boy (teenage) they sent said it was due to high water pressure and a plumber should solve the problem. After a check by our plumber, which cost us 80 pounds, it is recommended that during 40 years serving in plumping, nothing like the machine has ever observed. Then we requested an exchange after 2 weeks. They delivered another brand new but more expensive washing machine to us and left both the new and original machines in our kitchen without installing anyone. We are trying to contact them now, but after 30 mins waiting on the phone, no one picked up. We just want them to take the washing machine away. Or do the refund, as there s really no reason to trust them. I sincerely hope no one will be tracked by this horrible retailer again.
