• Absolutely terrible

  I bought my wedding band from them, it arrived from the workshop looking nothing like what I had asked for, the platinum had black patches and the ring wasn't even circular! They took it back to fix, kept it for 3 weeks without contacting me -when I phoned them for an update, they were rude and made excuses. Eventually, 6 weeks AFTER my wedding I got a refund and bought a ring from a proper jewellers. NEVER buy anything from this shop.

• Appalling customer service

  The satff and manager fail to understand that they are reponsible for the level of service and just blame external repairers. They made numerous promised to call, and never did, repeatedly failed to retrun my watch when they promised, then denied what they had said and worst of all SHOUTED at me when I complained in a reasonable manner.

• worst service ever

  isit so hard for the staff to smile once in a while? first time inthe shop on monday and it was appaling!!!! never been so disgusted in my life! and they call them selves a business! ha! its a joke. they didnt even know what they were talking about. i think they should be folowed up because its only other members of the public who have to deal with this. i hope they sort there act out!
