The worst experience I have ever had buying from a website but sadly one that coincides with the other reviews on this site. Failings include: Taking money immediately but Repeatedly failing to deliver within promised timeframes Astonishingly rude sales staff Failure to deliver the right parts Failure to give a straight answer to a straight question ("when will my bed be delivered?") I wish I had known about this site before ordering: I never would have gone there

We paid in full on the basis of a 6 week delivery. 9 weeks later we are still waiting, there is no follow up service, you are expected to chase the haulage company for delivery yourself and ring up Harvella to ask for information. Surly staff who must get many calls from irate customers. Would seriously recommend buying elsewhere.

Justclickbeds.com is, apparently, an operating wing of Harvella Limited, which boldly states on its order confirmation: ‘Goods remain strictly the property of Harvella Ltd until paid in full’. Well, my order was paid in full five weeks and six days ago on a confirmation that delivery would be within six weeks. Since I hadn’t heard from this company, I thought it best to check about delivery, only to be told “there had been a problem”. Apparently it will take at least another two weeks to sort this out. That will be eight weeks Harvella has had my £329 – if it is delivered this time. I’m up against a deadline now, don’t have the time to shop anywhere else that can deliver in time and have a worthless order agreement with Harvella. A company that takes your money, doesn’t deliver and doesn’t keep the customer informed; can you afford to risk it?
