Stopped nailbiting after 45 years!

Before I approached The Odyssey Partnership to help with my lifelong bad habit of nailbiting, I had tried several self-help remedies, all with very little short term success! This was my first experience of hypnotherapy, and having watched stage hypnotists I can honestly say I wasn't sure what to expect, however Alison completely reassured any fears that I had and informed me that I would feel and be in control throughout the whole hypnosis experience. I was made to feel very confident in her skills as a practitioner. I found the whole experience absolutely fascinating and despite retaining an element of scepticism throughout, I am now in possession of two beautiful hands of long sculpted nails, that I have no wish to bite or chew (6 months later)! I can honestly say that Alison has helped me to crack a lifelong bad habit, and I will be re-booking with the Odyssey Partnership to sort out my phobia of heights. I can't recommend Alison and this company enough and have been telling all my friends about hypnotherapy - afterall everyone has bad habits and phobias which cause needless everyday barriers to living life as we want to.
