Would not recommend - bad service!

I hired a silver Rolls Royce through this company for my wedding and they got so many things wrong along the way, I lost count! The driver did not look into where he was going and had to ask my father for directions to the Church – and then proceeded to go a longer way round. The driver did not know where the venue was and got my wedding party lost – meaning they turned up late to the reception. I was promised 4 bottles of bubbly which were not provided on the day. There was supposed to be purple ribbon on the car which I was promised but this did not happen. They also called the day before my wedding to say they may be changing the colour of the car. After they provided the car, they did not want to know about my complaint. All in all, a very risky company to book with and I would not recommend.
