I used to hate maths lessons in school because I couldn't do it and felt I was a dumb +++++. Now I know what I am doing and am able to answer questions in class. Thanks for showing me I'm not thick.

My child has missed four months of schooling due to ill health. The school not only failed to help him catch up, they were actually hostile to our needs. My child was getting more and more depressed and could only focus on the fact he was about to fail everything. he was just withdrawing into his own little world. We brought him to Wemms Maths and not only has the Maths been turned round but Joy has listened to my son's worries and helped him take control. They planned revision timetables and set targets for all his subjects. These people are real, professional, practicing teachers. They have all been form tutors, they are trained counsellors and really know how communicate with young people. Suddenly there is light on our horizon and our son is beginning to reach for his future.

We searched high and low for somebody to breathe life into the IB maths course. We finally rang the Surrey Further Maths Centre and they imediately recommended Wemms Maths. They said these people are all qualified, leading teachers... selected by their full time employers to be inspirational role models for other teachers to aspire to....a wow, they are just that! Lessons are fascinating, method is totally clear, problems are broken down into managable steps and everything is linked to real world applications. These people are passionate about Maths and make every lesson a "Joy" to attend.

Have searched for months to find a teacher who really loves stats and can make it come alive for me. Tried several recommended by Personal Tutors but they turned out to be just that...tutors, no real training to be teachers. Then I found Claudia here at Wemms Maths. She really has "motivated and inspired "me. Covered all S3 in eight hours and really understood the connections with S1,S2 etc. Thanks Claudia.

School maths teacher leaves me cold, haven't understood anything for a year. I come here to Wemms Maths and start doing simultaneous equations perfectly within 10 mins. Maybe I can get a pass after all.
