International (School of Analytical & Cognitive Hypnotherapy) with Diploma in 2003 and the Advanced Diploma in 2004 are recognized by the General Hypnotherapy Council, one of the leading ruling bodies in the profession. I am 55 years of age with many relevant life experiences to the work I love and respect. No problem is too big or too small!

    this is the 2nd lot of hypnosis sessions ive come back to Alan for. i suffer from social anxiety and his sessions have really helped. i suffered for years without knowing what i had and that i could even get help for it. Alan helped put things into perspective and taught me how to relax in difficult situations. i highly recommend him and after ringing around he was actually one of the cheapest.

  • 5 my stop smoking

    i was a habitual smoker for 20 years i went to see Alan and was made to feel at ease. The hypnosis session was really good, and i have'nt smoked since or even want a ciggarete
