About Us

Brief description

I run a private counselling practice seeing adults and teenagers from my home in Fetcham. I have a dedicated counselling room that is quiet and comfortable. Counselling can be particularly helpful for dealing with Bereavement/ Anxiety/ Anger/ Parenting issues/ Post Natal depression/ depression/ general fatique and stuckness/ changes of direction in life. The first session is free and thereafter I charge �£40 per hour.

I hold the belief that every individual knows what is right for them and has the capacity to achieve that with a little help. Counselling can help an individual work their way through a tricky issue and find some clarity of thought.
