  Response was excellent - less than half an hour - and Richard could not have been more helpful. He went to a lot of trouble to find an alternative to having a completely new lock fitted and produced one that was half the price. The bill - parts and fitting - was very reasonable - below the call out price of another locksmith.

• Bloody brilliant, worth every penny

  Excellant service, fast, reliable and informative. They fitted my lock in record time and sorted out the other faults with the door and did all tthat with a smile. Bloomin good service all in all. Cheap price for a professional job..

  These guys are good, they came to the store, surveyed the job and gave a couple of options to choose from. Once we had decided they came back and done the work. The standard is high, the service excellent and they are very friendly. (it's actually the second time we've used them)

  Pro-Locksmiths arrived dead on time, they provided a great service with a smile. I would definately reccomend them to anyone with security problems of any kind. Fantastic service, reasonable price and 100% recommended.

  Pro Locksmiths came to change my front door lock and the service provided was excellent. Richard is very reasonably priced but most importantly is a really nice guy and obviously very good at what he does. Def use him!

• Brilliant!!

  Pro Locksmiths came to replace a chub lock that was faulty. He was on on time, really helpful and honest about what needed doing. Not only did he fix my lock instead of replacing the whole lot, he gave my door the once over, found other faults and sorted them out for me for no extra charge. A great company, would highly recommend!

• Brilliant Service.

  Pro Locksmiths came to my new house and was on time, he fitted two locks on my front door. He completed the work fast and efficient. Pro Locksmiths changed me a rate that i thought was right for the standards of work he carried out. i recommend this company.
