I can't believe how stress free you made it for me to organise my husbands birthday party. The beef was amazingly tender, the fruits de mer platter stunningly presented, and the dessert was the best I've ever tasted. If i had a wish it would be for you to cook for us every day. The service was subtle and impeccable and within no time at all after the party your staff left our house cleaner and tidier than it was before. Thank you. I'm thinking of an excuse to have Vanilla Bean cook for us again.

Thank you Gareth and your team for making our day so special. We had so many comments on the delicious giant paellas and the chocolate fondue was delicious! I will definately be recommending you to my friends!
