DO NOT USE

DEAN of R.L.L autos was referred to me by a recovery driver from LANGELY VALE RECOVERY. Dean replaced my battery and alternator on my car after I broke down in October charging £290. I then broke down a week after this and called him back. He then claimed I needed wiring done otherwise the car would catch fire and he was surprised it hadn't caught fire already. He charged £730 for this. Despite new battery, alternator and wiring, my car broke down again at the beginning of December. I took it to a different garage for a 2nd opinion and they told me the alternator needed replacing and that it should be covered under warranty and replaced free of charge by Dean. So I called him on 17th Dec and he agreed to replace it, I gave him a deadline which he didn't stick to and now I can't get hold of him and my car is still is not fixed. He has been making excuses/promises that he hasn't kept and I am £1020 out of pocket and still with a broken car. He has not provided me with any invoices for work done and still has the spare key to my car. I have done all the chasing and now the two numbers I have for him aren't working. I have reported him to trading standards. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
